In response to the housing crash of 2008, and with experience as an Energy Star builder since 2006, aligned with Xcel Energy demand-side management and created the high country's first Home Performance contracting company. Provided more than 160 residential energy audits and 80 comfort and energy efficiency projects of various sizes. 2011 Top-ten Xcel Rebate Producer for Colorado. Services include air-sealing, insulation, ventilation, furnaces, heat pumps and hot water heaters, none subcontracted.
